Christians are being brutally persecuted in Iraq, Syria and many other places around the world. Our brothers and sisters in Christ need our support.
John-Paul & I thought about what we could do and decided we wanted to invite you to join us in participating in a Novena for Religious Freedom.
We will start praying for all persecuted Christians on Friday, August 1st.
It’s fitting that we start praying on August 1st as we commemorate the Feast of St. Peter in Chains.
We would like to start off the novena with A Day of Solidarity for All Persecuted Christians. We invite you to join us on Friday in offering our prayers, fasting or some other sacrifice for those suffering for their faith around the world. Sign up below and we’ll send you more details.
It is nearly impossible to imagine the suffering and violence that happens every day. And it is easy to feel helpless in the face of such suffering, but as Pope Francis has said before, “We know that prayer works miracles.” And in the end, “Violence is not overcome with violence. Violence is overcome with peace.”

Heavenly Father through our Lord Jesus Christ, please send your Holy Spirit to my each of
children who are currently living in irregular relationships and who appear to have lost their faith. For the sake of Your sorrowful Passion, have mercy on them, bring about that they recognise Your Love for them, that they gain insight into their sins and genuinely seek forgiveness in the sacrament of Reconciliation. I pray that in seeking your forgiveness and return to the Church that they are able to rectify their relationships according to Your Holy Will. If it is not Your Will that they remain with their current partners, please give them the wisdom to see this and to pray for strength to do what is right. Jesus I trust in Your Mercy.
Need prayers for myself today not feeling well my whole body is so painful.
Oh Mighty God, thank you for your children John-Paul and Annie for spreading your gospel to your children around the world. May your Holy Spirit reign in Israel and Palestine, and the entire Middle East region, and all parts of the world where your children are persecuted daily because of their faith in You. While healing those souls and those countries, may You heal my family – may You enter in the heart if my son who refusrs to acknowledge You as the Redeemer and Healer of Souls – may You heal him of his anger and hatred for the very people who are trying to help him – may You also provide him with a job so that he may learn responsibility and take care of the child you blessed him with – may he leave the wicked company that he associates himself with and learn respect for me, his mother, who is taking care of him – for his food, shelter and transport – may he learn to respect other people*s property and not abuse their kindness and love – Mighty God let Jesus reign and enter his heart as I pray that He enters the hearts of the cruel leaders of this wortld – I ask for all of these in the Name of Jesus – I bless You Father, I bless your Son and indeed the Holy Spirit
Pray for GOD’S divine works of mercy. That HE will shed HIS light on us all. Also pray for everyone on Our Lady of the Sacred Heart prayer chain in PA. On a personal note I ask for prayers for my 2o living grandchildren to stay always close to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Dear Father God in the name of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, all the Angels and Saints especially through St. Peter of the Chain, my prayers are for peace in the world. It looks like the whole world and everything is in constant flux and this is because we have taken our eyes off of Jesus. I also pray for my daughter who is moving out of her house today and will undergo surgery in 9 days. I have fears please take away my fears as I pray for positive outcomes in all aspects of our lives. Please free my family from financial burdens caused by unexpected emergent needs. Help us to hold on to all gains that we have achieved. I asked for all in Jesus name….Amen.

Lord, I pray for the persecution of citizens of the US in our country and abroad.
I pray for world peace, especially in the Middle East.
O Lord i thank you for the work you are doing through your servants Anne and John Paul,I pray that they will never be disappointed on the last day.Amen
Lord God all i want to ask for is for your peace to reign in my country Nigeria,the killings are too much,every day innocent blood are being shed just because of political reasons.Merciful God my bible tells me that you are slow to anger and rich in mercy,please i humbly beg of you to kindly and compassionately come to our rescue before we all perish as a result of what we know nothing about.please touch the hearts of those wicked people who have vowed to be using their fellow human blood as their daily drink to repent.Truly you allowed the Biblical Saul who later became Paul to deal with your people ,but i am scared that the stress and suffering might be too much on your beloved people if you do not make haste to come to our rescue.O lord they are even boosting in their wickedness,please o Almighty God send your holy angels to always preserve our lives from them.Amen.

As we offer our prayers and sacrifices in this novena Lord our God through Saint Peter of the chain I pray for peace to prevail in Africa -more so in s.sudan, Northern Nigeria, coastal and northern Kenya, Somalia, and central African republic.may the people in these regions deny to join the terror groupings like alshaabab and boko haram that are killing innocent people. And may our faithful God deliver the terrorist and make them join a better part in life.st.peter of the chains pray for us.Amen
My Lord and My God,as we start this novena for freedom of all Christians,I cry to you to heal me and free me from this brain infection and all the opportunistic diseases attacking my body.Lord free me from un employment and financial burden.Lord free my children from self destructive behavior and practices.Lord walk with me and free me from this spiritual darkness.Save me.in Jesus name I pray-Amen
I pray for peace on earth and for everyone to stop all this killing and fighting amongst each other. I hope this Novena for Religious Freedom will reach GOD’s Kingdom. Peace to all who are praying this Novena
