However, for every answered prayer we share, we know there are at least as many unanswered prayers — if not more; and we know that unanswered prayers can be discouraging.
But we don’t want you to lose hope, or to stop praying.
In fact, many of the Saints that we ask for intercession are great examples that we should persist in our prayers, and keep our faith strong. St. Monica, for example, prayed for nearly two decades before her prayers were completely answered.

During this Novena, i prayed for my Son, Brian and daughter Sarah, to get jobs. But fortunately Sarah went through the aptitude tests but Brian failed. I thank the Almighty Jesus Christ to enable Sarah to go through again she still has to do a Health and Physical test on Monday 22 June 2015 thereafter she will subjected to Oral Interview. Much as Brian has gone through but still, i have not lost hope. I am still praying to Jesus Christ to get him a job fit for him in a well established company.

I waited for the Lord to come and take away my disturbances of mind.as i prayed I prayed for purity of heart and peace of mind for my friend was living in a house with the owner and had not been talking for a month.before the fifth day I got a call from her and announced the news that she was in good talking experience with the owner of the house.thank you to God for His infinite answers.
I have been praying for the elimination of a health issue, which has plagued me for over 3 years and has cost a considerable sum trying to find answers and a resolution. What I didn’t anticipate was a blessing in the way of reduction of some expenses. Since this was a considerable reduction, I was overwhelmed with emotion, but then, I said, “that’s God.” The feeling of stress has gone. I feel empowered and happy again. I even went to a nursery, purchased and planted shrubs and plants and they are doing beautifully, smiling and thriving under God’s sun.
I prayed for my family’s salvation as they don’t believe in Jesus and also for mine n allan’s relation to go on the level of marriage. My prayers r not answered yet but I know that my prayers will answer in Jesus’ time in his way because he knows best. And it will bring glory to our Lord n saviour. Thanku. Amen
The Lord is good! I prayed for God to direct my path towards the next step in my career and my love life. He has already shown the first signs of direction and I have no doubt I’ll get that job and that the man in my life is the right one for me.
Thank you Lord Jesus for your mercies in spite of my unfaithfulness. I pray my heart will be more conformed to yours. And I pray for everyone in this community to be blessed by God’s grace. Amen!
We were praying for the safety of my nephew for a particular extreme sporting performance that took place on the day after the novena ended. He actually crashed but was miraculously was spared from an unthinkable tragedy given the impact and circumstance.

I had severe diarrhea for 7 months. Had undergone 2 surgeries and no real improvement. While praying for healing during the novena, the diarrhea totally stopped. I thank God the Father, the Son ad the Holy spirit, and our mother the blessed virgin Mary!
The Lord is great, after praying the novena to the secaret heart of jesus, my search for a house was granted, I meet with my new land lord and we spoke softly with the fear of the Lord . We came to agreement with the housing condition . Thank you Lord Amen .

Me and my daughter keep on praying
I prayed for many things. There is a sign that one of them is answered in a way i never thought. There is a plot of land which my husband bought through his professional association. For more than 5 years now, we have not stepped into the land because we do not have the money to develop it. During this prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, he came with a news that some NGOs are coming to develop the land collectively. They asked us to pay some money which we were able to borrow and paid. They said that after the process, they will build in one year. Please intensify prayer for me so we can get our own house through this means. Also that Jesus will help us raise money so we can pay back to where we borrowed from. For my son’s academics, I can see a sign of seriousness in his reading.

I am a kidney cancer survivor and had a blood test on 7th June and an appointment with the doctor on 14th June 2015. Sacred Heart of Jesus poured his precious blood on my blood and purified my blood report which showed negative. My doctors visit was blessed and I am immensely grateful to Sacred Heart of Jesus, Immaculate Heart of Mary and St. Anthony for this great miracle
I received a grace of healing from a skin problem which wouldn’t heal . I have been praying for more than a year, Suddenly 4 days ago it stopped there and then. Thanks for all your prayers. Admirable is the name of God the Father, God the Son, and, God the Holy Spirit. I was praying for a friend who was to have a heart catherization. The doctor was sure that she would need a stent. My friend did not need the stent and after the procedure the doctor was amazed at the outcome. Thank you Lord for your infinite kindness and love!
My one month old granddaughter had successful surgery on June 9 and was able to come home on June 10 . The Lord Jesus helped her so much.

During the period of the prayer i was having a serious pain near right of my stomach. I prayed for instant healing. To God be the glory the pain vanished.
I prayed for my two daughters Lillian and Joan who have been going through a lot in their marriages especially Lillian ,who told me that her husband at least showed a sign of reconciliation. As for Joan her Fiance has proposed marriage this year in august.So I really thank the Sacred Heart of Jesus for these suprises. I also thank him for my travel documents which were processed first enough.
I prayed that God help me recover money i lost through unpaid redundancy as my employer said i had a break of service.On the eighth day of the sacred heart of Jesus novena i got an inspiration of how i was to recover the money i lost when i found an old pay slip.I felt God had indeed answered my prayer.
Praise God I was praying the novena for my son who was sitting major exams during this time. He was extremely happy with his exams and felt they went very well. Right at the end of the exams he recievd a surprise invitation to spend a week at Taize Christian Community in France. Thank you God.
I prayed God to unlock my mum’s visa application for her to come visit me and my family. On the last day of the novena her visa was granted and she’ll be joining us soon.
Thank God for opening my husbands eyes. I am beginning to see changes in our relationship and marriage. Keep praying for us because marriage restoration is a long road, especially when your spouse is not prayerful.

Around the 3rd day of the Novena my niece asked the family for prayer for a job. She was applying for the position of Asst. Principal of her school, Sacred Heart of Jesus!! I added her request to my list. She was interviewed the last day of the Novena and it was posted on the Feast of the Sacred Heart that she had the job!! Thank you Lord!!
I was praying for better health with my diabetes and on Friday my test came out good and I had loss some weight. Thank you dear Jesus for your help.
I prayed for my brother Andy, who has fallen back into his drinking addiction, after almost 11 years. He seems to be on a death mission, as he almost took his life on an overdose of pain pills 2 years ago. Now he is taking both alcohol & pills. On the feast of the Sacred Heart, Andy picked up the phone & called me. This was a huge step, as he was avoiding any contact. I thank all of you for your prayers & ask that you continue to help this sick brother in Christ. I especially thank the Sacred Heart of Jesus for His loving Mercy.
While my son hasn’t been cured yet, I know God hears our anguish and is in control.
I have been incapacitated for awhile, due to a bad back. Yesterday I worked outside all day. Glory to God! What a great feeling it is to have mobility and be able to be normal.
I pray to God to give me the strength I will need I am three time cancer started with breast twice, two years ago was told I have five nodules both lungs, couple weeks ago told I now have cancer on my seventh right rib, yesterday told now I have a tumor on the brain. Not sure what God else planned for me but give me the strength, knowledge I need to be pleasing to him and only him so I can see his face one day in heaven along with all my children, grandchildren all my family members that would be my perfect heaven
During the novena I prayed for healing of the cancer that had spread into my skull. I have now received the results of my last tests and it showed that the bone cancer has started to heal. Bone cancer is not normally healed, it is treated but not cured. Glory to Jesus Christ!

Thank you Jesus for this Novena. I was praying for a good Doctor’s report after my ultrasound in May, and when I was doing this Novena, I prayed unto God for His healing upon me, and after the Novena, I went to check with the Doctor. Just over 2 years ago I had breast cancer. Recently after a routine ultrasound check up, they thought they saw something again in need of a biopsy. I prayed for the Lord to remove this and to be healed. The day I went for the biopsy and they ultrasounded the area, the doctor said “there is nothing here suspicious to biopsy!” Praise God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I prayed for my husband, who was having surgery and my son’s employment. Praise GOD! My husband is doing awesome after his surgery, and my son was offered a promotion. GOD is so good and I praise him.

I prayed a friend would get his marriage annulled. End of novena he got the first letter stating his diocese has approved and now just waiting for second diocese to confirm! Praise God.
Thank you Jesus! I have been praying for improved financial security through new contracts for my business which is going very slowly right now. I have since praying the novena been granted meetings with executives at two companies that are possible big clients. No new contracts yet but God is good just for me to get a foot in the door.

I asked for many things, some of which are generational and cannot be answered in a matter of 9 days. However, one thing I specifically prayed for was a successful fundraiser last weekend.
The lights went out right in the middle of it. Without any power to the lights or microphone, I just started praying loudly “Our Father…” several of the tables nearby joined in. Before that prayer was over, the lights came back on! We went on to finish the program, and we raised thousands of dollars to feed the hungry in our community.
I am asking God for more opportunities to bring people together, as the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and I am anxious to do still more for God’s precious people.

God is so Good. Jesus hasn’t stopped healing, protecting and helping me through a tough time in our lives. I have MS and for the last 2 years despite reason for a flair up I have been perfect. My last 2 MRIs have been near clear of any lesions, actually the 1st of the 2 there seemed to be an angel in the scan. Im sure it was Jesus healing me after praying novenas for healing. God is Great! After 16 months of being unemployed, my husband has a job! I kept praying, as did he, and our prayers were answered. Of course, in HIS time not mine, which taught me patience and gave me rock solid foundation knowing that, with HIM, there is peace in the storm. During the Scared Heart of Jesus novena, my younger sister who left home since December 2012 came home. My mum, aunt, cousins and friends have tried to get her back home but she keeps escaping. I was praying for my son who was becoming an alcoholic and drunkard. Prayers for results for my biopsy to be ok. Dr.called the biopsy IS NOT abnormal. This is the first time doing any novena to the heart of our Jesus and His Mother. Thank you
I started praying the St. Joseph novena to help me get a new job, and shortly after I interviewed for a position. The Mary, undoer of knots was so comforting to me, sincce while I was waiting on word for the new job, I was unhappy in my current position. I did end up being offered a position, but due to a lot of medical testing it was determined that I may have a heart issue that could cost me the job. I have to be tested again and am very nervous about the whole situation. Pease pray that everything works out for me with my health and employment situation.

Today am grateful to God for the prayers answered through this NOVENA… It has never been a disappointment…my prayer petition has been for a baby and the doctor confirmed am now four weeks pregnant!! i enrolled my sister too and on 1st July she is reporting to a new job. I am sincerely grateful and pray that more people can join and experience joy in the LORD.

I have been praying for money for my bride price and wedding and this sunday after the novena my husband assured me that he will be able to get the money for bride price. The response I received from praying the Novena of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I am working for a catholic charitable organization in Johannesburg and we have been in dire need of funds for our clinic that has been helping refugees from all parts of Africa. Pepfar decided not to fund this out-patients clinic as it felt that South Africa is self-sustainable. We are more than 100 years old and have helped ALL the poor, destitute men and women and since the scourge of AIDS it has been very difficult for us to get funds. I joined this prayer group and from the bottom of my heart I am positive that we will receive these funds. One of the mining moguls in South Africa invited us to submit a proposal. Durng this novena Mother Mary and St. Joseph helped us to get this promised grant award to sustain the clinic. I am positive that they will fund us in JESUS NAME.

The Lord is always good to his shepherd.
I had been praying for my son who refused to study for two years now. And he was always with a wrong group not of his age drinking alcohol smoking taking drugs not even staying at home. But before this novena got to an end he came home and proclaimed with his own tongue that he wanted to go to school.
I did not believe my ears, he repeated twice and now he is in Nairobi Kenya processing for his admission.
I till need more prayers for him to change. PRAISE THE LORD.

My request was:
1. For my son to come back home safe from Afghanistan.
2. That he would meet the girl he is going to marry as soon as he gets back.
3. That he would recognize right away that she is the one he has been looking for his whole life.
4. That the girl would like him for who he is.
He came back 3 weeks earlier than planned, on June 7th. He met this wonderful Catholic girl on June 9th. And she likes him a lot and he likes her too. They both have similar back grounds which is a good thing as well. He wants to have at least 3 children and she does too. Praise be to God!!!
I have been praying for yrs. that the family will return to the Church & healing will be had by all. This Sunday our 2nd grandson Brian came by our home to see if he could help with getting the 2 stumps out. We talked & told him we were going up to church now, would he like to join us?
He drove us up in him new to him truck, & came in too. This is the 1st time he has been inside a Catholic church since my Mom, His great-grandma died almost 3 yrs. ago. He is feeling an emptiness and looking for “The Truth”. Praise God. Father Nathan said he looked like a friend of his from the back & Father never expected to see his friend in church. The Sacred Heart of Jesus is my God of miracles and the impossible. I have been praying for my daughter to be blessed with Divine wisdom especially for her studies, understanding and knowledge. On Saturday during prayer, we received a message that she was praying for wisdom and God has heard her prayer. JESUS NEVER FAILS.
Thank you Lord for prayers answered. My daughter got the job that she went for an interview for. I am still unemployed and I am continuing to pray the Novena of Sacred Heart as I have strong faith that God will bless me with one of the jobs I have applied for.

I have been going through turbulence. My business not ticking to service loans. On the last day of the novena I got a call to visit a site and qoute for a job. I am so excited. This could be my turnaround. I have submitted my qoute. I thank you Jesus for your unfathomable mercies. Sacred heart of Jesus I put all my trust in you. Lord Father Almighty I praise your name
I prayed to Jesus on this novena to take my anxity away and it’s been almost a week with no anxity !! I also prayed for my daughter to find a holy husband and she was on the date on the last day of novena with a man that was becoming Priest but he decided it was not calling and instead became a doctor. Thank you Jesus for answering my prayers
Prayed for my daughter in law for a safe pregnancy due to complications, report received and now all is fine. Thank you sacred heart of Jesus, bless us all
I prayed for my son to get his visa to start his internship. He got his visa and flew out the day after the feast of Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Thank you and Praise the Lord God for all the blessings that you have showered upon us.

I had been praying the Sacred Heart of Jesus Novena for my nephew. He needed a job and a place to live in. He got both on Friday 12, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Feast. Thank you Jesus !

My father came through surgery just fine and is recovering quite well. Travels this summer have a been safe. Cancer meds are working for a friend. God is good, trust, pray for his holy will!
Although none of my prayers have been answered very specially to be united with my son, I cant help but feel that God wants me to be more patient and that there must be a very good reason for keeping us apart. I am happy and have good friends and neighbors and go out for some entertainment. Active in the church and liked by every one. Yet the one person who I want to be close is my son. I thank God for the problems he has given me as they keep me close to Him.
I believe in novenas I got the money to pay taxes to stop forecloser thank you Jesus my lord my savior.
My prayer during the novena was for my husband. Conversion of his heart to Jesus and a healing of our marriage relationship. Not sure if that is happening but I see a change in myself about my husband. Also, I find my energy is up and I feel better this week.
I thank God for starting the healing for my son Kervyn by the end of this Novena and I know that God will heal him completely in the name of Jesus.
I had issues with my education which were able to prevent me from my graduation. I was able to participate on the novena and my issue was able to be solved by the university after one and half year of strain. All thanks to the Almighty for the good deeds. Cant wait to participate on the next one. Thanks to the novena community for this opportunity to pray with all the members.

I had prayed for financial help. During the novena I found a check under the rug my mother sent me in December and it went thru the mail slot and slid under the area rug. It will be a huge help. Praise God and praise God for blessing me with a great mother!
