We are excited to announce the next novena we will pray is to Mary, Undoer of Knots!
Since Pope Francis was elected more than a year ago, the devotion to Mary, Undoer of Knots has grown tremendously.
The devotion actually comes from the second century. Saint Irenaeus explained it, saying, “The knot of Eve’s disobedience was untied by the obedience of Mary; what the virgin Eve bound by her unbelief, the Virgin Mary loosened by her faith.”
Basically, the Blessed Virgin Mary can undo the knots in our lives!
Whatever has separated us from God and hardened our hearts – be it violence, pride, the absence of peace, anguish, despair, depression, sickness or discord — Mary has such compassion for us and prays for us to her son, Jesus Christ.
We will begin praying on May 15th — that’s less than one week away! So be sure to share this novena with all of your friends and family before then.

I always pray the rosary.but this novena prayer i got recently.
when I start to pray this prayer my mind is so calm.I feel very happy.
I always try to pray the rosary everyday and it has worked wonders and miracles in my life and the lives of those I’ve prayed for. It’s the most powerful prayer that God wants us to utilize. Mama Mary will never fail us. I’ve also prayed the “Mary Undoer of Knots” novena twice and both times my requests were granted even though it felt impossible. With God, nothing is impossible and our Blessed Mother will always help and intercede for us. Don’t give up, have faith.

I have prayed the novena to Mary Undoer of Knots and fell in love with it. I now understand the devotion many have to Her. I pray to undo the knots that are keeping my house from selling so I do not have to declare bankruptcy. I pry to move to a place I can afford with my 6 children and be blessed by Mary’s compassion and love.

I have prayed this novena quite a few times. Each time my prayers have been answered the way God wants to and what’s best for me. I prayed it before my surgery, which went well. I prayed it for help on me not losing my home. Now a lawyer is working with the bank on my behalf. I also said this prayer for a relationship I thought was meant to be, but since he is not ready for marriage, Mary Undoer of Knots has found a way to close that door, so I can move on. If for some reason he is ready and I am still available, then we can make it happen. Lastly, I have been looking for employment in my field and came across a govt. contract and applied. I got a call from the office wanting to know more about my application, and to tell me that the contract will be awarded this month of July. I am still waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, I will keep praying this Novena.
I praying for my daughter not to be out of control, but come home. she not being listening, and does not want to return home. I pray the chains will be broken from her. I pray the blood of Jesus will be on her.
I prayed this novena to help me find a job, because I was on the list to be layed off. Due to some paperwork errors, I am no longer on the list. I can keep my job for a few more months. I will continue to pray this novena to help me find stable employment. As long as I can continue to pay my mortgage, I am happy. Thank you Mary Undoer of Knots.
I did this Undoer of knots novena. My husband was having an affair and I was so out of love and so full of hate for him because of this pain! I did not want to forgive him or move on with our lives together, who would? The Lord got the other woman out of the picture and healed our hearts in a way that is unexplainable!!! We have become eachothers best friend and neither of us can breath without the other! I have always believed in novenas, but what this one has done is beyond what I can even understand! Forgiveness for such an act is unhuman, but with God, it’s about something deeper! There is hope and your heart can be healed. I even considered giving up in mid-novena, but my priest insisted that I finish it! God worked a miracle in me! God is good!

I prayed for my son and things seem to be working out for him. I also prayed for work and that is also happening. I need to keep praying but I have hope now.
I prayed this novena, and I finished praying it 10 days ago. I asked for the conversion of my family, mainly. Nine days after finishing the novena, a member of my family went to confession after a year of not receiving the Holy Communion and going through bad spiritual influences. I see she is in peace and very happy now. I am so thankful to Mary, our Mother, the Undoer of Knots for this great miracle!
I asked for my kidney tests to go well and I was pleased to find the kidney function had improved 9 points and many of my other tests were also improved. Prayers have certainly helped. Thank you.
My prays were answered, I was praying for the financial problems. I had been asking my husband to raise the price we sell the products we make in our small business and he has been saying no. This week he raised the price higher than I had been asking, it scared me but I felt it was the answer to my prays. We have not had any problem with that price. Thank you, Mary, undoer of knots.
I prayed for my health. I have been having stomach cramping, could not tolerate certain foods like milk & other foods I enjoyed all of a sudden, and could not keep weight. I went through many testings for the more than 6 months, and nothing was found to be the cause. When I started praying this novena, towards the end of the novena, I noticed the things that would make me sick did not affect me at all, and I can now eat the things that I couldn’t tolerate before & am not feeling the stomach cramps I experiences before. I thank my gracious Mother for her intercession, for her love, and God’s mercy on me! I also thank you for sharing this novena & site, the evangelizing work you do is changing lives in God’s name because you are providing access to the gems of faith & prayer. One of my prayer intentions was answered and I believe the rest will be answered in God’s time. I asked for a summer job and it was granted. The person who needs an extra staff approached and asked me to work this summer which was unexpected for me. It’s the power of the Holy Spirit that touched this person.Thank you for sharing this novena.
Thanks to my lovely mother, my son got help from his teachers for the two subjects where he is weak. i can see the disharmony in my family n marriage being slowly sorted out. the knot on my business will slowly and surely be undone! am looking at a brighter future in my life after retirement. thanks to MARY, THE UNDOER OF STUBBORN KNOTS.
My son attempted the exams that would enable him gain admission into the university but was unsuccessful. I advised him to do his A level so that we can re take it while the A levels was going on. My husband was so furious at both of us and I didn’t know what to do. I decided to send him abroad because I didn’t want him to experience all the negative tension around…but I made some bad business decisions prior that cost me so much. I pleaded with him and God miraculously provided us with a school that was very ‘cheap’ and was actually closing for admission that same week. He got into the school, took the university entrance exams and while I was preparing for a vigil we had in church yesterday, he called me with the news that he made it. He scored way above the cut off mark.
How can I repay the Lord for His goodness to me? Thanks to both of you for the fantastic work you’re doing. God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. Amen
This was powerful! I’d never prayed it before but I definitely feel and sense a difference in my life. I feel like I can see clearly to make decisions that were blocked by so many knots.

Thank you Mary, Undoer of Knots, my first knot has been undone. After several years of searching for employment, a position was offered to me and confirmed on May 27, 2014. Praise be to God! Amen .
I prayed this prayer for 3 requests.
1. I said yes to a man without thinking twice. In the middle of this prayer God revealed something to me about this man. He cheated me he is a divorcee but seems he is married and this was revealed when he kind of dissappeared for 3 days and during these 3 days he changed his profile photo and put the one for the wife and the child. That way I have said no and gone back to my single life happily.
2. I needed to start a business which I have already managed to get the materials and about to start. I am geared towards the right direction.
3. I was praying for my sick mum. for the last 2 weeks, I have not heard of any pain or health complaints from her meaning she is doing just fine.
Thank you Mary the undoer of Knots. If I knew that this novena would be my spot on! I would have said it year in year out all the time. I now want to learn to stick to my rosary.

Thank you so much for these novenas. I have prayed the last 4 for you. I prayed Mary Undoer of Knots for my son who was struggling to graduate from high school. During the novena things actually got worse, but I kept on praying. The last we heard, his teacher said Thursday that he would not be graduating. Having resigned myself to God’s will, we signed him up for summer school to complete his courses. On Friday morning when we arrived for Senior Mass at the school, his teacher pulled my husband aside and said that he had been thinking more about it, and that in looking at the “bigger picture”, he decided that if my son would redo some quizzes he missed, he may be able to pass. He met with the teacher, took the quizzes, and graduated on Sunday afternoon!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Mary Undoer of Knots, and praymorenovenas.com. God is good!
I prayed this novena and saw an answer to my prayers. The knot I was asking to be removed was loosened so that I could see how deeply it affects me. So, with confidence that Mary is at work, I’m going to keep praying this novena for my intention. Thanks!
I thank God that part of my prayer was already answered. I now pray that the Knots that are now tied in my relationship with my fiancé that come from us both acting out on our emotion be untied now.
I pray that we will be more instinctive and less impulsive in our action towards each other. I pray God give us the solution to solve the root of our problem together. I even repent of my over reaction that is not according to the word of God. ( be anxious for nothing but pray about everything)

I thank you for this Novena to our Mother. I have been praying with the email novenas for quite sometime and I have seen some things change of the better I believe in my family’s lives. I am grateful to have others to pray with and I share your novenas on FB in hopes that others will see them and pray. I admit this is the first time I have made a monetary contribution but you need some compensation for what you do, here. I pray for all the most important needs today in each family here. Mother Mary, grace this couple who so lovingly set this up for us who do not know how to do such things. Help their family too, of course! I’m praying to be less of a self-centred control freak. That will automatically remove lots of knots in the lives of those around me! I also pray to make better use of the home I’m blessed to have ie ditch the clutter and then be much more hospitable. I’m lonely, sick and afraid of everything.

I have been asked to pray for a 4 year old little girl named Fabina. She had Strep throat that went into a blood infection and it is now all through her body. She is intensive care. The doctors are trying to protect her organs as they fight the infection. Please pray for this little child. The family is desperate.
I have been praying for my husband to get a job as we had been trying everything for the past year… And would you know yesterday he got the call telling him when he can start! Do not give up on the power of prayer!
Untie the knot I have been bound to since childhood. The unkind act of a neighbor when I was six tied the the first loop and now all these many years later, I’m completely at a loss about how to be set free from this tangle of knots. Please help me Mary, Mother of God and my Mother.
I want to share with you a Signal Grace I received during DAY 5 of the Mary, Undoer of Knots Novena.
I sat down on my bed with my laptop opened to your DAY 5 email. The only light in the room was from the laptop. I prayed an Act of Contrition and I reached beside me on the bed. I knew I had a couple of basic rosary beads there. You know the plastic beads, plastic crucifix, strung together, the beads separated by plastic spacers and big knots where the string is looped around 3-4 times.
I picked up the beads in my right hand and grasped the crucifix with the thumb and forefinger of my left hand. The crucifix came right off the string. I remember thinking that I was lucky because none of the beads came off the string, just the crucifix. The end of the string was open. There was nothing holding the “Our Father” and “Hail Mary” beads and the plastic spacers between them. I quickly threaded the end of the string through the hole at the top of the crucifix and secured it with three knots. (I don’t know how to tie those loop knots.) As I started praying the first three decades of the Luminous Mystery, I was unaware at first that I was staring at one bold faced line in your email. About half way through the third Mystery, I realized I was staring at this line.
Day 5 – Mary, Undoer of Knots Novena
I was almost giddy when I realized what had just happened. Mary, the Undoer of knots, undid the knot in the rosary! What a great gift! Half way through the Novena (day 5) half way through the rosary (3rd Mystery) she gave me this grace.
I don’t know when my Novena intention will be answered. I always say, “The only thing not guaranteed with prayer is speedy results.” I know my intention will be answered.
Dearest Holy Mother, Most Holy Mary, you undo the knots that suffocate your children, extend your merciful hands to me. I entrust to You today this knot….and all the negative consequences that it provokes in my life. I give you this knot that torments me and makes me unhappy and so impedes me from uniting myself to You and Your Son Jesus, my Savior.
I run to You, Mary, Undoer of Knots because I trust you and I know that you never despise a sinning child who comes to ask you for help. I believe that you can undo this knot because Jesus grants you everything. I believe that you want to undo this knot because you are my Mother. Please I request you pray for my mothers health, my mom is very sick. She came from India after a 10 hours operation and apparently she is not recovered fully.

My marraige, that we fall in love again, or at least some basic respect, so that we can model Marraige and faith and relationship with Christ the way we need to. That selfishness, and the effects of pornography get out of our relationship. please keep my son and his faith and belief in God, and job search in prayer, may he find both soon. my daughters wedding plans, that they find the way back to the Catholic Church. my daughters journey through school, especially jr. high.

I smiled at this new introduction to yet another name for the Blessed Mother. Then later that day, as part of the fallout of my husband’s untimely death some months ago, I climbed under my computer desk to unwind the mass of “spaghetti” wiring that had been rapidly installed in my new condo by a helpful friend. It took over an hour and, as I twisted and unplugged and traced the winding path, I mediated on all the knots Mary and her Beloved Son had untied for me–especially in this past year. I sat calmly with our five children as my beloved lover and friend went home to the Father that day in October. I wrestled with the decisions of my future as a widow. I put the sale of my house in the hands of the Mom of the Holy Family. My house sold without any marketing to a Catholic school to be used as a pre-school facility. The home of my dreams now will be filled with laughing and learning 4-year-olds. Friends rallied to help me move to a spot where maintenance service replaced worry over managing a too-big-house for one little lady. Tonight, knots all untied for the time being, my friends will gather here to bless my house. Mother Mary, a marble image, greets them in the entry way. Thank you, dear Lady of Knots.

This is a new novena
My prayer is that God will undo the knots that my fiance has created in our life that has impacted our lives and the lives of those involved. I pray he will repent. and turn away from his wrong doing.I pray that God will deal with hin to show him the error of his ways much sooner than later. Give him revalation of the mess he has caused by the choices that he makes and how it affects so many others. Make it so clear and plain that he can not continue doing things as a child but now must make the choices of a man of God. I pray he will confess his ways and sins to me and to God. I pray that God will show me a way to forgive and understand his ways and that my fiance seeks and finds the God given professional help that he desperately needs to have the life he desires. I pray that God will show me what to do with what he has revealed to me and us how to deal with it. I pray that God will heal our relationship and make it stronger and that if it be the Will of God that our wedding will only be postponed and not completely cancelled.
He has answered my prayer but my own emotion has tied it back up. I did not follow his lead on how to deal with one particular thing that appeared. I pray for forgiveness of not following The Spirits lead and ask that if there is any hope for this man to be MY husband that our relationship be fully restored now. That thus time it will be untied and we will make this work for good and continue with our wedding.

I have had amazing miracles through this particular novena I did on my own. One particular answered prayer was I prayed for “a place of refuge” for my husband and I. That we would be in the exact house, exact location that was God’s will for us and not my will. What Jesus led us to was truly amazing and above and beyond my expectations. Home and place we moved to feels like we are living in a retreat; it is a place I feel able to pray and feel close to Him. Jesus cares for all of our needs no matter if they are big or strong.
This is powerful novena. Spread it to your family and friends and don’t keep it to yourself. I am so excited to now be praying this in unity with over 105,000 people and know and believe there will be an outburst of miracles through Our Lady.
