Bishops dealing with scandal in their diocese are in great need of Your grace to handle the situation well.

You have given Your Church the gift of bishops who have the authority to lead Your people. Some of Your people have difficulty submitting themselves to the legitimate authority of their bishops. A lot of conflict and confusion can enter the Church when Your people fail to submit to Church authority.
We ask You to assist all bishops of Your Church, and we particularly ask today that You help all people grow in obedience to Church authority!
Help us to always be submissive to You and the authority of Your representatives. Help us to grow in all virtues necessary for holiness in our lives.
