About St. Jude
Saint Jude was one of Jesus’s twelve original apostles, so we can conclude that he was also at the Last Supper. Saint Jude is also known by the name Thaddeus, which means sweetness and gentleness of character.
He is not the traitor Judas Iscariot.
Saint Jude, rather, followed Jesus faithfully until his crucifixion, and then later worked on evangelization. Very little is known about his life, but we do know that he died as a martyr — some say around 65AD, giving his life to Jesus Christ.
He is now one of the most invoked saints for intercession in desperate situations because his New Testament letter stressed the importance of a faithful person persevering in the environment of harsh circumstances.

St. Jude, a blessed Feast Day to you! Though my prayer requests are such that they cannot be answered in just a handful of days, there is surely no doubt of your faithful attendance to our needs and God’s will for our family. As part of my sincerest prayers we were concerned that our house would not sell when it needed to. I got a phone call this afternoon, on your Feast Day, that our prospective buyers have received the financing that they need to purchase our home! Though our journey has been difficult, I have total faith in your intercession, and place all my trust in God. I humbly thank you.

My intention included a desire for my children and grandchildren to be safe. I had been needing to hear from my granddaughter who is away at college. I had not heard from her in about four weeks. She emailed me on the final day of our novena. Praise God!! She is, obviously, safe.
My prayers have been answered (at least partially)! I had been praying for my brother to be free from sin and become more involved in the church, this has not happened, but his girlfriend’s mom’s sudden passing (she passed today) may speak to his heart. I also saw a Catholic job posting within my area that I qualify for , so I am going to apply–there haven’t been any jobs to sustain a family for quite some time in my area–this seems impossible. Lastly, we got new on a house that we put an offer on, nothing is finalized yet, but we have been at a stand still, waiting for answers for almost a month now! No new yet on my uncle’s conversion to The Church, but I am Hope-filled–I don’t expect a quick conversion from him–we have been praying for him for over a decade. I can clearly see the Lord working in my life, and am thankful for all of the grace and gifts that I have been given! Thank you Saint Jude!

Thank you for a great sense of hope and overwhelming support from friends and family.
Thank you St. Jude! My nephew was going through a tragedy in his life. His wife who was pregnant had to deliver early because she had such high blood pressure and the baby was delivered premature weighting only 3 lbs. Both had to stay in the hospital. He had been without a job and just started one while the novena was in progress. Two days later his step daughter started to act strange so he took her to the hospital where she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, she is five years old. My niece checked herself out of the hospital so that she could travel across town to the hospital where her five year old was and then would return to the other hospital to nurse her newborn. They had just received an eviction notice and had to add that to the stress of their family. I was praying for some relief for them when out of nowhere (yeah right) their city newspaper wrote a front page story on them and a website was created to receive donations to help them survive financially and to help pay for the treatments both girls and their mother, who has not improved will need. There is nothing impossible for St. Jude Thank You

St. Jude, thank you for interceding for all of my intentions. I was praying for my nephew with a mental illness. Since it is a touchy situation I have not called to see how he is doing but he used to be very negative on facebook and I have noticed he has not been in the last week. Also, I started praying for my mother-in-law, and her friend caring for her, when I found out that she was in the last stage of alztimers. A couple of days later she was placed in hospice. I felt God’s presence in this situation. I believe that God has heard all of our intentions through St. Jude and is touching each of us in some way.
