The Supreme Court of the United States is a very important institution. Those who sit on the Supreme Court hold a great amount of influence on many important issues for our country and our world.
Many cases decided by the Supreme Court have deep moral significance for each of us. They often rule on laws pertaining to such things as the legality of abortion, the sanctity of marriage, and the freedom to practice our Faith.
The members of the Supreme Court have a great responsibility to do what is right. But many of them have fallen short of their moral duty in the past, and many will face the temptation to please people rather than God in their rulings.
Let’s offer prayers in the Novena for the Supreme Court, that God may grant the members of the Supreme Court the grace they need to carry out just and moral rulings on every case they decide!
Why Pray the Novena for the Supreme Court?
You can pray the Novena for the Supreme Court with a particular Supreme Court case in mind. You can use this novena to ask that members of the Supreme Court may rule justly and morally in a particular case that they will soon hear.
You can also pray the Novena for the Supreme Court to ask that the Supreme Court may rule justly in all cases that are of particular interest to you or to a cause you are concerned with.

Dear Lord, we thank You for the many freedoms we are blessed with in America. We ask You to bless our country, and particularly to bring about good for our country through the Supreme Court.
Abortion is a great sin, and we know that You are greatly displeased by the legalization of this terrible practice. Many erring and misled people seek to expand the legalization of abortion. The Supreme Court is able to influence how widely accepted and practiced abortion is through its rulings.
Please bless and assist all members of the Supreme Court, and we particularly ask You today to help the Supreme Court to rule justly and morally in all cases related to abortion!
Help us to submit ourselves more fully to Your laws at every opportunity. Help us to grow to a deeper friendship with You in every circumstance.

Our country and our society are plagued by the legalization of many evils. Marriage and family life are often viewed as insignificant because of this legalization. The Supreme Court is able to influence how marriage and family life are viewed through its rulings.
Please bless and assist all members of the Supreme Court, and we particularly ask You today to help the Supreme Court to rule justly and morally in all cases related to the sanctity of marriage!
Help us to rely on You for all of our needs, as individuals and as a country. Help us to make growth in virtue our top priority in life.

We are blessed in this country to be able to practice our Catholic Faith freely. But there are many areas of society that want the practice of our Catholic Faith to be impeded. The Supreme Court is able to do a lot to safeguard the free practice of our Catholic Faith.
Please bless and assist all members of the Supreme Court, and we particularly ask You today to help the Supreme Court to rule justly and morally in all cases related to the freedom to practice our Faith!
Help us to turn to You for all that we need in life. Help us to strive to grow to a deeper intimacy with You above all else.

The Supreme Court has a great influence on many areas of our society in this country. Rulings that do not reflect Your laws are greatly detrimental to each of us. The conversion of all Supreme Court justices who do not wish to serve You can help bring about greater justice and holiness in our country.
Please bless and assist all members of the Supreme Court, and we particularly ask You today to grant the grace of conversion to all unreligious Supreme Court justices!
